Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Adriana Diaz Franquiz
Everybody carries a story worth hearing. Dr. Adriana L. Diaz Franquiz believes that meaningful care begins by listening with an open heart, not only to a patient's concerns, but also to the experiences, goals, and everyday moments that shape their well-being. By taking the time to see the person beyond the symptoms, she creates a warm and welcoming space where patients feel understood, comfortable asking questions, and genuinely supported throughout their care.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Díaz earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in March 2026. Her Puerto Rican roots and bilingual background allow her to connect with patients in both English and Spanish, helping them express their needs in the language that feels most natural to them.
Her commitment to individualized care is also reflected in her clinical approach. Dr. Díaz is certified in the Activator Technique, a specific, instrument-assisted method that delivers gentle and controlled chiropractic adjustments. She also has a strong clinical interest in caring for patients with scoliosis and understanding the unique needs of each individual.
For Dr. Díaz, prevention lies at the heart of lasting health. She believes that caring for the body should extend beyond responding to discomfort and become an intentional part of everyday life. Through thoughtful education and a deeper understanding of the body, she encourages patients to take a proactive and informed role in their well-being. Her goal is to make chiropractic clear and approachable while inspiring patients to view prevention as a meaningful investment in their long-term health.
This philosophy is closely connected to the chiropractic principle that guides her most: Principle No. 6, the Principle of Time, "There is no process that does not require time." It reminds her that every patient's story unfolds differently and that meaningful, lasting progress deserves patience, consistency, and respect for the time it requires.
When she is not in the office, you can usually find Dr. Díaz enjoying a good book, challenging herself with a high-intensity or cardio workout, or recharging near the ocean. She loves nature, beautiful sunrises, and any opportunity to visit Puerto Rico. Most of all, she values time with her family, especially her grandmother, her favorite person and greatest love of her life.
